About Lin San Temple
Lin San Temple (灵山寺) at 27 Lorong 12 Geylang was founded by a Hakka monk from Guangdong and later led by Venerable Seang Heng (常恒法师), whose last wish was to see it rebuilt. The new three-storey temple was completed in 2022, and the first urns were placed in its columbarium in March 2023.
The halls are air-conditioned, with a tall statue of Shakyamuni Buddha in the main hall. Resident monks chant twice a day, and there's an An Ling room for the 49-day prayers.

Lin San Temple or Nirvana Memorial Garden?
Lin San costs more, but it's freehold, close to town and a working temple with daily chanting. Nirvana in Choa Chu Kang has far more suites, family suites and lower starting prices. Many families visit both; we can arrange it on the same day. Compare Nirvana prices
