Nirvana's Qing Ming prayer ceremony, with extended hours and the shuttle running more often. Register early, as places fill up.

Seventh month (中元)

Ullambana prayers and offerings for ancestors during the seventh lunar month.

Buddha light offering (供养佛灯)

A lamp lit before the Buddha for your family's long life and blessings.

When is Qing Ming at Nirvana?

Qing Ming falls in early April. Nirvana holds its Qing Ming prayer ceremony around the festival, with longer opening hours and more frequent shuttles, and announces the dates early in the year. Places fill up, so ask us to register you.

How much are the 49-day An Ling prayers?

Free when you buy a niche at Nirvana. Ask us about the cost if you have an ancestral tablet or are not yet a Nirvana customer.

Can someone pray on our behalf?

Yes. If your family is overseas or unwell, Nirvana can offer prayers at the niche or tablet for you. Ask us for the current package.

What is the Liang Huang chanting?

A yearly Buddhist repentance chanting (梁皇宝忏) for ancestors and the living, held in the Block B main hall. In 2026 it runs from 29 October to 1 November. This month at Nirvana
